• In the quest for social change we've achieved the following activity milestones:
• ​Training of 80 volunteers on capacity building, how to be an effective Humanitarian in the community, abused of human rights skills and the need to curb these abuses for the enhancement of development.
• Training and educational promotion on the need to valorize the Aghem culture through the promotion of Human Dignity, the need to avoid negative and abusive cultural practices for human growth and sustainable Development.
• Stabilization of 60 teenage mothers through training programs on how to avoid pre-marital sex, dangers and consequences of sexual promiscuity, How to care for the baby, Psycho-social needs and capacity building skills.
• Donated food and a bible to the soldiers after the burning down of the military barracks by unlawful civilians. 25th of January 2016
• Donated food and Savon to the family of the victim stabbed to the death by a military man on the 25th of January 2016
• Show our civic responsibility by joining the youths to march on 11th February 2016 with slogans likeetc. on the 11thFebruary 2016
• Join the Women of Menchum to commemorate week long activities in preparation and to celebrate women’s day with the aim to empower the women for emergence and Nation building on the 8th of March 2016
• Donated food items, gifts to some 8 mentally deranged mothers to cater for their needs and the needs of their babies on the 8th of March 2016
• Gave an educational talk on capacity building to the Youths of Menchum on the theme “CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY AND BEHAVIOUR CHANGE FOR A SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY ». On the 9th March 2016
• Donated Food items to prisoners on monthly bases.
• Work with the divisional delegation of Agriculture to donate maize seed to farmers in the group.
• Carry out a sensitization and educational tour on the theme: Educational Excellence and Sustainable Character Development for a bright future to three major schools in the municipality: G.H.S Wum, G.B.H.S Wum. G.T.H.S Wum. About 800 students were reached and received, pens, pencils, rulers and a Note book as motivation and encouragement towards their exams.
• Health facilities, hospitalization and rehabilitation to Josephine Ndum diagnosed with severe and prolonged malnutrition and dehydration.
• Counseling and stabilization of some ten young children within the ages of 7 and 9 years who were raped in our community.
•  Join the citizens of our country on 20th May 2016 to celebrate National Unity to show our Patriotism and Civic Responsibility for Nation Building.
•  Visit to the Hospital with gifts to those with terminal and desperate cases to show our warmth and love.
• Visit to the Traditional rulers “Dougho kwifoy” to build dialogue with our Fon for the development of our community.
• Wrote and publish an article on Menchum Voice on the theme BIHNDUMLEM HUMANITARIAN FOUNDATION OF PEACE AND HOPE (BIHAPH) BREAKING THE VICIOUS CYCLE OF HATRED: STOP THE WAR! AND FIGHT FOR THE COMMON GOOD FOR A MEANINGFUL AND SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY
